Heather Hodgson Kosoy

Playing: Emma Bard

Heather is delighted to once again tread the boards of the Atlantis Theatre, previously appearing in The Love List (2019), The Long Weekend (2023) and Screwball Comedy. (2024). She  has performed  across Canada on a variety of stages including The Royal Alexandra Theatre (Toronto), the Manitoba Theatre Centre, Theatre Aquarius (Hamilton), the Globe Theatre (Regina) and as a Company Member of both Drayton Entertainment and the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. Heather has been featured in a variety of both Canadian and American  film and television productions. including a recurring role in City TV’s award winning “Meet The Family”. She executive produced and starred in the award winning short film “The Church of Tony Dufresne”, which was recently shown at the 2024 Bahamas Film Festival. Heather is the Founder and Artistic Director of 2Hoops Productions.

Lisa Norton

Playing: Estelle Hopper

Lisa is so pleased to be here with you for her 2Hoops debut — and her first time in the Bahamas! 2025 marks her 28th year of pretending for a living on stages large and small all across Canada, as well as on screen (Murdoch Mysteries, Bomb Girls, FUBAR, to name a few appearances). Lisa is also a busy voice actor who can be heard in scores of commercials and in cartoons as children, moms and creatures of all kinds. She is currently the voice of Auntie Crane on the popular Paw Patrol spin-off Rubble and Crew, and of the Australian tow truck Dr. Repairo in Go Togo. She splits her time between Toronto and the pretty town of Meaford, Ontario, with her shiny new husband, stepkid, and their hairy menagerie.

D. Sean Nottage

Playing: Jeffrey Kincaide

Sean is an actor, voice artist, legal consultant and real estate professional.  With American and Bahamian heritage, he descends from a Bahamian family with roots in Eleuthera.  Sean has been a theatre actor for many years, primarily as part of the Ringplay Productions Theatre Company in Nassau and the Shakespeare in Paradise company.  He is also engaged with Shakespeare & Co. in Lenox, Massachusetts in its center for actor training. Sean won a DANSA award for his role as Juror #8 in Ringplay Productions’ presentation of ’12 Angry Men’ for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Play.  Sean has also played Bill Coles in ‘Other People’s Money,’ Torvald Hemler in ‘A Doll’s House,’ Karl/Steve in ‘Clybourne Park,’ Manolo in ‘The Odd Couple’ (female version) and David in ‘The Foreigner.’  Sean also starred in Two Hoops Production’s production of ‘The Long Weekend’ as well as ‘Screwball Comedy’ here at the Atlantis Theatre. His extensive work in Shakespeare productions has seen Sean as Benedick in ‘Much Ado About Nothing,’ Roderigo in ‘Othello,’ MacDuff in ‘Macbeth,’ Orsino in ‘Twelfth Night,’ King Claudius in ‘Hamlet’ and the Captain in ‘The Tempest.’  In film, Sean has had supporting roles in independent films, including ‘Wind Jammers’ and ‘Cargo’ and has leading roles in two TV series released in 2023. For a time, Sean was Photo Double and Stand-In for Pierce Brosnan.  As a voice artist, Sean has provided the voice for numerous radio and TV commercials and promos around the world as well as narrations and radio imaging.  He is one of the imaging voices for Y98FM in Nassau.  Sean is also a lawyer real estate agent, even though he doesn’t play one in this production of Allana Harkin’s ‘Real Estate’.

Stephen Sparks

Playing: Bosco/Reginald/Peter/Chauncey

It is with unmitigated joy that Stephen returns to the Two Hoops fold. He was here in last years Screwball Comedy in which he played several characters. Two years ago he played Roger in The Long Weekend. Stephen’s busy theatre career has taken him throughout Canada.

Some favourite roles include The Captain in Sound of Music, Sam in Mama Mia Sherlock Holmes in Baskerville Elyot in Private Lives… And the list goes on.

He has many film and television credits which include The Madness , Mayday , Murdoch , Star Trek SNW , The Boys just to name a few.

Allana Harkin

Writer / Director

Allana Harkin is an Emmy Award winning director, writer and producer. Her play “Real Estate” has had dozens of productions across Canada, the U.S. and as far as New Zealand. Select productions include Theatre Aquarius, Magnus Theatre, The Grand Theatre, Thousand Islands Playhouse, Centaur Theatre, Sudbury Theatre, The Flatrock Playhouse in North Carolina, Little Fish Theatre in Los Angeles and many more.

She has been nominated for 10 primetime Emmy Awards and a Producer’s Guild of America. award for her work as a director, correspondent and co-executive producer on seven seasons of Full Frontal with Samantha Bee.

She won a Primetime Emmy for executive producing the series Once Upon a Time in Late Night. Allana wrote and directed the award-winning short film “The Godmother” and has written for TBS, TNT, PBS, Nick Jr, CBC and CTV. She started her comedy career as a writer, performer and founding member of the acclaimed sketch troupe The Atomic Fireballs.

Most recently she was nominated for a Banff World Media Festival award for her work on the series Nesting (Crave). Allana lives in Toronto with her family and can be found on socials @allanaharkin.

Daniele Guillaume

Stage Manager

Real Estate marks the third time Daniele has had the pleasure of working with 2Hoops Productions and the incredible crew at the Atlantis Theatre. She is especially moved to be a part of this production because the first public presentation of Real Estate – at Lighthouse Theatre in Port Dover, Ontario, was programmed by her (late) and gifted husband Simon Joynes. A man who had a passion for finding and bringing great new plays to the stage. Now, more than twenty years later, she gets to work on this amazing show again.

Barb is thrilled once again to be at the Atlantis Theatre having co-stage managed Screwball Comedy last year!! With 35 years experience as a stage manager, she has worked for many theatre companies in Canada, the Caribbean. and Germany including The Capitol Theatre, More Entertainment, Ross Petty Productions, Mirvish, The Grand Theatre, Drayton Entertainment, Theatre Northwest, Upper Canada Playhouse, STC, Magnus, Theatre Aquarius, Centaur, Theatre Orangeville, Lighthouse Festival, and The Foster Festival. William Chesney

Set Designer

Bill is delighted to return to the Atlantis Theatre, having designed the set for SCREWBALL COMEDY last year. It’s wonderful working with such great collaborators, as well as the terrific crew at the Atlantis! Over the past forty-plus years, Bill has designed more than 200 productions, for theatres all over Canada, and was a faculty member in Theatre at the University of Waterloo for 25 years. He is the originator and designer of COMET IN MOOMINLAND, an immersive puppet production based on the beloved classic by famed author-illustrator Tove Jansson, which has toured worldwide, and appeared on Broadway in 2017.

Trained at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, Olivia Dorsett has been a lifetime Freeport Players’ Guild member since 1998, serving as stage manager, tech director, and director, producer and even past president. Olivia has mixed for dozens of theatre shows plus audio for Emmy-award-winning TV shows at NFL Films. For nearly a decade, she served as Production Manager and Art Director at Keen I Media and currently leads the Marketing team at Cloud Carib in Nassau, Bahamas.
